Football
Football is a sport requiring players to spend some of their time sprinting, running fast or slowly, walking or even standing still
Footballers must have good stamina to last the full game, particularly with all the acceleration, deceleration, changes in direction, angled runs and running backwards involved.
To play football well, you should play and train throughout the year. Good cardiovascular fitness is a must and is helped by running activities and sessions in the Gym.
When can I play?
