Here are some handy reminders of what you need to wear and bring:

• Sports kit - sport appropriate kit, eg. Trainers for all sports plus football boots and shin pads for football specific courses (not required on our Multisport courses). For your own peace of mind, please label all clothing items.
• Waterproofs - for outdoor venues.
• Equipment - Planet Sport provides all sporting equipment but you may bring your own if preferred. Please make sure any personal equipment is clearly labelled.
• Refreshments - Please bring a drinks bottle for drink breaks. For holiday courses bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink (plastic bottles only)
• Sun protection - Please bring sun hats/caps to all summer courses.
