The management & operation of a range of venues & facilities, has now been transferred from Bournemouth Borough Council to BH Live (Leisure, International Venues & Events), a Company Limited by Guarantee with Charity Commission registration pending.
These facilities include;

Littledown Centre

Pelhams Park Leisure Centre

Stokewood Leisure Centre

Sir David English Sports Centre

Kinson Swimming Pool
BH Live has been established to promote leisure and cultural opportunities for public benefit, and will be working in partnership with Bournemouth Borough Council.
How will this affect you?
Current memberships will transfer across to BH Live on 1 May 2010 and the terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
What changes will you notice?
In each of the venues, you should see little change, with the strong venue brands and existing websites (e.g. www.pelhamsparkleisurecentre.co.uk) remaining, and the excellent services continuing.
At Pelhams Park Leisure Centre, Bournemouth Borough Council will continue to manage the alterations project until it has completed in late 2010.
