Rookie Lifeguard Training sessions are geared towards young people aged between 7 - 14 years old who’d like to take part in different types of activities in the water as they progress through their swimming lessons.

Rookie Lifeguard Training is held at Kinson Swimming Pool on a Tuesday evening between 7.00pm and 8.00pm and sessions cost just £4.55 per person (£2.90 if a Freestyle Blue Card Holder)
