Aqua Active

Get active in the water at our Aqua Active classes

Come along to our Aqua Active classes (level 1 or 2), with instruction to help you to improve your health & fitness in the water safely and at your own pace.

Aqua Active Classes Level 1

  • Monday - 8.30am - 9.15am
  • Thursday - 9.00am  - 10.00am

Aqua Active Classes Level 2

  • Monday - 9.15am - 10.00am
  • Wednesday - 11.00am - 12noon
  • Friday - 10.00am - 11.00am

Pay as you go price per class - £3.40 (£2.50 for blue freestyle cardholders)
