Excellent Facilities
The Littledown Centre is situated within 47 acres of parkland and boasts some of the finest leisure facilities in the country
The Centre has received a number of architectural awards since its opening on 15th March 1989 and in 2008 it received an 'Excellent' Status scoring 92% from Quest a quality scheme endorsed by Sport England which assesses the operational efficiency and effectiveness of over 900 sports and leisure facilities across the UK and Northern Ireland.
Facilities include:
- 2 swimming pools & waterslides with a splash pool
- Luxury spa with 2 steam rooms, a sauna, 2 spa baths and a sanarium
- Large sports hall for trampolining, badminton, table tennis, football
- A large and fully equipped gym with cardio vascular and resistance rooms
- The Zone @ the Littledown Centre - a gym specifically for 8 - 13 year olds
- A spinning studio
- 3 fitness studios
- The Allure Beauty Salon
- An Ofsted registered creche
- A cafe and bar serving food and drink plus a Cafe Bar with WiFi Internet access for customers
- 6 outdoor, floodlit artificial training pitches
- A cricket pitch
- An outdoor play area for young childrens with a paddling pool
- Miniature railway in the Littledown Park
