The Littledown Centre, Bournemouth is a great place for all the family to enjoy swimming, aqua classes, waterslides and so much more...

  • Adults Only (14yrs+) Early Morning Swim - Monday to Friday 7.00am until 9.00am
  • Adults Only (14yrs+) Late Evening Swim - Monday to Friday 9.00pm until 10.00pm
  • Lane Swimming - 2 or 3 lanes for keen swimmers are available at most times - see brochure for details 
  • There is no public or lane swimming from 3.30pm - 6pm at weekends as there is a Wet and Wacky Family Fun Session
  • Teacher Training Days - Juniors swim for £1.80 when your school is closed for a teacher training day between 9.00am and 3.00pm 
  • Classes in the Water - click through to our current timetable for details on classes in the water including Aqua Natal, Aqua Fit & Deep Water Aqua
